Overview

Ecolab is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern for our Europe & Flexible Team who will partner with managers and teams to attract and retain high quality talent, contributing to the ongoing success of the company. This is a great chance to get involved supporting international stakeholders in an in-house recruitment role that focuses on executive search and selection capability for hires in Europe.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide talent sourcing and recruiting support to your assigned market in Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany and other countries.
  • Own the candidate search strategy for your assigned jobs.
  • Prequalify, screen and assess candidates to ensure qualification matches capability to the organization.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support a smooth interview and assessment process.
  • Identify new sourcing channels, platforms and technology to help us continually improve.
  • Proactively build high quality talent pipelines using social media, digital tools, databases and other research channels.
  • Create compelling sourcing strategies and marketing materials, work on improving brand perception in target groups.
  • Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or educational institutions to proactively create a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ongoing or completed bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related areas
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Fluency in Spanish; any other European language is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Customer service focused, proactive and collaborative team player
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
  • Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities, effective time management
