We founded our company in 2013 as an online mattress shop. In 2015 we launched the Emma mattress, a one-size-fits-all bed-in-a-box. Since then, we have expanded our product line to include pillows, mattress toppers, slatted bed bases, duvets, and bedding. Emma has become Europe’s most-awarded mattress brand, and we are operating in 20+ countries from our headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany. Emma’s future is sleep tech. Our R&D team is exploring how innovative technology can maximize sleep.

Our team members stay sharp by taking courses at our in-house Emma Sleep University. ESU offers a wide range of courses including Cross-Cultural Communication, Design Thinking, Psychology in Sales, and How to Give Constructive Feedback. Perhaps you’d like to share your know-how. Our team members can create and teach an ESU course around their area of expertise.

Our Emma headquarters is in the center of Frankfurt city, just a ten-minute walk from the Main Train Station.
