What you’ll do:
- As part of the Emma IT team, you will be responsible for the overall technical support of our employees and externals such as freelancers and contact center agents.
- You will address incidents and requests stated by users via ticketing system, email, or teams chat globally.
- You will take full ownership in maintaining, improving, and configuring the different systems, tools, and applications used within Emma.
- You will be responsible in creating detailed documentation regarding the newly implemented systems, tools, and applications within our environment and/or the improvement of thereof.
- You will support the Senior members of the team in systems implementation, process improvement and project initiatives.
- You will maintain and manage all computer hardware, video conferencing assets and network infrastructure.
