Your missions
As an Event Management Intern, you will assist the Event Management team in organizing corporate events, supporting logistics, and ensuring seamless execution. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in venue sourcing and vendor coordination (technical, logistics, video, photo, team-building, etc.).
- Supporting the setup of digital event platforms and interactivity tools.
- Assisting in designing event materials such as brochures, invitations, and banners.
- Participating in the preparation of client committee meetings and commercial recommendations.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring coordination with creative and multimedia teams.
- Managing logistical aspects on event days, ensuring smooth execution.
- Contributing to budget tracking and reporting.
- Assisting in intern and apprentice supervision as needed.

Your profile
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for event management:
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in event management, corporate events, or related projects is a plus.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Knowledge of generative AI tools is a plus for improving efficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
