Candidates should be from:

Who can apply: Trainers, Youth workers, and Theatre makers with a strong interest in Non-Formal Education.
Who We Are Looking For
We seek passionate individuals from Spain, Italy, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania, Turkey, Latvia, and Croatia who:
- Excel in creating interactive performing arts workshops
- Possess a strong background in intercultural theatre
- Are eager to train others in using performing arts for non-formal education
Ideal candidates are:
- Socially engaged performing artists with experience in experiential, physical, or musical theater, dance, or visual arts.
- Fluent in English for effective communication and collaboration.
- Passionate about youth work and its potential.

Accommodation and food
The project will provide accommodation and food during the project dates.
Travel reimbursement
The organiser will reimburse travel costs according to the distance calculator of Erasmus+. Reimbursement will be done after the end of the training.
