Details

We take leadership seriously. We look for leaders who thrive on the freedom to make their own decisions but understand the importance of teamwork. We’re entrepreneurs, who understand we’re stronger together.

As participant of the programme, you will gain exposure, insight and experience across different areas of our business by joining a two-year paid rotation programme in 3 different European locations, starting September 2025.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Accelerated career development · During the programme, you will take part in at least 3 challenging and innovative projects within 2 or more business lines. You will gain expertise in these industries and develop international business insight. You will also have exposure to national business line leaders.
  • International experience · Each of the 3 projects will be located in different European locations. The rotations across locations and teams will give you the opportunity to grow a wide European network, while experiencing different cultures and approaches.
  • Training and coaching · You will develop key skills associated with our leaders, such as technical and financial expertise, through project and change management, and more.

How long is the Programme?

The duration of the programme is structured as follows:

  • First project: This project takes place in your country of application, where you plan to pursue your career after the programme. The duration of this project is one year.
  • Second project: This project will take place in a different location for a duration of 6 months.
  • Third project: The third project will also take place in a new location for a duration of 6 months.

Where will I be based for the international rotations?

Depending on factors such as business needs, available projects, your professional and personal development, the Programme coordinators will make sure to find a rotation that allows you to learn, develop and contribute in one of the participating countries and entities.

What type of project will I participate in?

You will participate in three challenging and innovative assignments to:

  • Discover the Eurofins network and build your professional network: Engage in business operations to get a comprehensive understanding of the entity you are working in. It will be a moment for you to familiarise yourself with our network of companies and connect with your new colleagues.
  • Enhance your financial skills: Develop expertise in finance and profit & loss (P&L) analysis to strengthen your financial acumen. You will expand your professional network by working with colleagues from other entities.
