Job Description

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

1. Reporting:

  • Oversee the upload of financial and statistical data into SAP FC for Actuals.
  • Develop forecasts and budgets (P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet) in collaboration with various contributors (Global Functions).
  • Prepare and upload data into SAP for both Budget and Forecast.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Holdings data.

2. Financial performance:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Holdings' performance (P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet).

3. Streamline the process:

  • Automate the generation of monthly financial reports and dashboards.
  • Streamline Holdings' Intercompany (ICOs) reconciliation process.
  • Enhance reporting efficiency (SAP/retrieve).

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

  • Central finance team (especially with Accounting and Consolidation)
  • Group functions (PTO, SSC, etc.)

PERSONAL PROFILE OF POSITION HOLDER

Previous experiences:

  • 1 to 3 years in Finance Controlling, Finance Planning & Analysis or Audit or a similar position

Education level:

  • Master degree

Languages:

  • Fluent English, French is a plus
  • Any other is valued

Computer skills:

  • Masters Excel and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of SAP Finance Consolidation / SAP 4HANA is valued

Personal characteristics:

  • Good knowledge about finance, and holdings process;
  • Reliable: Following through on commitments, producing timely work to required – or higher - standards, and pitching in to get the job done;
  • Ability to work in a high pressured ever evolving environment
