Job Description
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Reporting:
- Oversee the upload of financial and statistical data into SAP FC for Actuals.
- Develop forecasts and budgets (P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet) in collaboration with various contributors (Global Functions).
- Prepare and upload data into SAP for both Budget and Forecast.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Holdings data.
2. Financial performance:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of Holdings' performance (P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet).
3. Streamline the process:
- Automate the generation of monthly financial reports and dashboards.
- Streamline Holdings' Intercompany (ICOs) reconciliation process.
- Enhance reporting efficiency (SAP/retrieve).
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Central finance team (especially with Accounting and Consolidation)
- Group functions (PTO, SSC, etc.)

PERSONAL PROFILE OF POSITION HOLDER
Previous experiences:
- 1 to 3 years in Finance Controlling, Finance Planning & Analysis or Audit or a similar position
Education level:
- Master degree
Languages:
- Fluent English, French is a plus
- Any other is valued
Computer skills:
- Masters Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of SAP Finance Consolidation / SAP 4HANA is valued
Personal characteristics:
- Good knowledge about finance, and holdings process;
- Reliable: Following through on commitments, producing timely work to required – or higher - standards, and pitching in to get the job done;
- Ability to work in a high pressured ever evolving environment
