Overview

The European Academy of Diplomacy (EAD) is the first non-governmental, non-for-profit diplomatic academy in Europe, with a mission of shaping, sharpening and inspiring a new generation of enlightened international leaders. Since its inception in 2004 and with over 5000 graduates from more than 50 countries, EAD offers the highest quality tailor-made programs at graduate, post-graduate and executive levels. Renowned for its teaching methods, international faculty and distinguished speakers, the EAD prepares diplomats, civil servants, political and social leaders, as well as representatives of businesses, academia and the non-governmental sector for the challenges of a globalizing and ever changing world.

Details

EAD offers internships and volunteer opportunities through which we share invaluable experience of working in an non-governmental organization.

Volunteer at the EAD

The EAD is looking for volunteers who are willing to help during our major events and conferences. Volunteers’ tasks include, but are not limited to, registration, VIP liaison and reception. If you want to become an EAD volunteer, please check our website on a regular basis as applications open a few weeks prior to the event. Opportunities will also be announced on our Facebook.

Internships at the EAD

Each internship is catered to the individual skill sets of interns, as the EAD welcomes both undergraduate and graduate level students from a variety of disciplines. Interns are integral in supporting the EAD team, contributing to projects such as public relations, grant writing, and organizational logistics of workshops and events hosted by the EAD.

We look for committed and eager individuals who are willing to spare some of their time to support us in our mission of educating a new generation of leaders: competent, confident and compassionate. All internships are unpaid; however, interns have the opportunity to attend trainings, workshops, and events organized by the EAD free of charge.

Internships are available on a rolling basis and typically last 3 months. If you are interested in an internship with the EAD, want to work in an international environment, meet peers from all over the world, and be a part of our programs, please contact us at hr@diplomats.pl and entitle your e-mail “Internship”.
