If you are would like to contribute to promoting female leadership in Europe, to gain exposure to influential women throughout Europe, and you have a few hours to spare each month, then this opportunity is for you!
We are looking for communications volunteers (men or women) to support our team in conducting interviews with both the Members of our network and the participants of our Women Talent Pool leadership programme. Though these interviews, volunteers have the chance to meet senior women working for a range of public, private and nonprofit organisations, such as Orange, Lenovo, the European Commission, Capgemini, INSEAD and many more.
Volunteers also have the chance to attend our online and in-person events with high-profile speakers, focused on the big issues facing the world today. See recent examples of our events here.
Responsibilities:
As Communications Volunteer, you will support our team in conducting interviews (face-to-face or via video) with the Members of our network, as well as with the emerging leaders participating in our Women Talent Pool programme.
Our interviews are published on our website, on social media (Twitter and LinkedIn) and in our monthly Newsletter. They focus on our Members’ professional background, current position, personal interests and vision of female leadership.
What's involved:
- Research on the interviewee and prepare relevant questions, with the help of our Communications Intern and General Manager
- Conduct interviews (face-to-face or via video) – between 1 to 2 per month
- Transcribe the interviews, ensuring that they are engaging and reader-friendly

We are looking for someone with:
- An interest in meeting senior women from different sectors and different European countries
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent writing skills
- (Desirable) Flexibility to conduct 30-40mins interviews during the working day
- (Desirable) Based in Paris
