YOUR TASKS

Strategic HR work to make the heart beat faster and to actively contribute to the implementation of an international HR transformation project. To join the HR Strategy & Global HR Projects Team and to support with strategic initiatives and the operational day-to-day business of HR experts. To offer exciting insights into the work of a large, global HR department, to provide opportunities for personal and professional development in a dynamic environment, and to enable the possibility of working partially remotely.

Your mission:

  • Actively contribute to the implementation of a global HR transformation project, e.g., coordinating measures and supporting project management
  • Actively work on strategic HR initiatives with a focus on sustainability, compliance, and diversity projects, e.g., developing and implementing measures to promote inclusion and sustainability
  • Assist in analyzing and optimizing existing HR processes on a global and local level and support the introduction of more efficient workflows and tools
  • Organize, prepare, and follow up on (global) HR workshops and meetings
  • Support change and communication measures, e.g., preparing informational materials for various stakeholder groups and communication formats
  • Prepare and create presentations, reports, and decision-making documents for top management on specific HR topics and initiatives

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) at a university, with the final exam not yet completed
    Studying business administration, industrial/organizational psychology, human resources, social sciences, or a comparable field
  • Ideally, prior experience in Human Resources through internships, working student positions, etc.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High level of motivation, responsibility, and an independent working style
  • Structured and analytical approach with attention to detail
  • Good MS Office skills, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Fluent English skills
