Are you eager to kickstart your finance career with hands-on experience? Join our team to actively support a critical Fixed Assets Project as we transition to a new ERP system, ensuring compliance with our headquarters' internal requirements and maintaining a streamlined fixed assets register.
WHAT IS THE ROLE? WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
- Review fixes assets list together with department Managers.
- Define locations.
- Maintain locations in the systems.
- Support doing inventory review of fixed assets (counting, labelling, documentation).
- Perform clean up in ERP (Master data Adjustments, Disposal…).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of internal accounting and project management.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
