Your mission, roles and responsibilities
1. Financial Statement Analysis
- Due Diligence Support: Assist in gathering, reviewing, and analyzing financial and operational data for potential investments, divestments, or partnerships.
- Financial Analysis & Business Plans: Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses to evaluate project viability.
- Documentation Preparation: Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (legal, tax, operations, sales) across regions to ensure comprehensive due diligence.
- Data Management: Maintain and organize financial records and documentation for ongoing projects.
2. Legal Entity Support During Implementation
- IT Migration: Assist legal entities in IT migration, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Roadblock Resolution: Identify challenges and collaborate with the team to develop effective solutions.
3. Project Cost Oversight
- Monitor project costs across regions, ensuring alignment with budget goals and financial controls.

- Good communication, organization, and planning skills
- Finance Masters Degree 2 with specialization on Merger Acquisition and finance modelling
- Team spirit, international, agile mindset
- Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
- A previous experience is a plus
