Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support the Category Planning team in coordinating mid-term production for the category through the Sales and Operations Planning process. You will assist in defining production allocation across various Group Plants, taking into account production capacity, constraints, and key industrial variables (such as formats and flavors).

You will contribute to capacity analyses, evaluating the capabilities of current industrial assets. Additionally, you’ll act as an Operations point of reference for the product portfolio, aligning with new catalog management practices in close collaboration with the Portfolio Managers from Global Presidency and SBD.
