Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized intern to assist with the management and coordination of our panellist surveys and engagement processes. This role provides a great opportunity to gain experience in panellist communication, data management, and project coordination within a global economic forecasting company. The intern will work closely with various teams including research, data, and production units.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Weekly Tasks:
- Send reminders and reports according to the internal publication calendar.
- Send weekly announcement emails for new panellists and special content.
- Assist in updating the annual publications calendar (in December).
Panellist Management:
- Respond to panelists' requests for deadline extensions and handle missing forecast reminders.
- Resolve issues related to missing or incorrect data in collaboration with the research and data teams.
- Manage special data requests by coordinating with internal teams.
- Track missing forecasts, follow up with panelists, and maintain accurate records.
- Update and maintain the Salesforce database with panelist information.
- Establish new panelist contacts when needed and handle failed deliveries or lost contacts.
- Contact panelists regarding changes in data definitions, requests for additional data, or technical issues.
- Coordinate survey template updates and inform panelists of changes.
Panellist Engagement:
- Manage communication flow between panelists and internal teams (distribution lists, data requests, etc.).
- Assist in sending out special surveys, following up, and replying to panelists' questions.
- Handle name changes, team updates, and other modifications in Salesforce.
- Connect and engage with panelists through LinkedIn.
- Assist in sending out holiday communications, such as Christmas cards.
Awards Coordination:
- Review nominee lists, update Salesforce, and follow up on panelist awards.
- Coordinate internal and external communications related to the awards process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for announcements and website updates.
- Respond to panelist questions about awards methodology.

REQUIREMENTS
- Educational background in Humanities, Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a specialization in Copywriting or Writing preferred.
- Studies in Translation or Philologies (Languages and Linguistics) are highly valued.
- Knowledge of Economics or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required (written and spoken).
- Interest in economic data, research, or survey management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with various teams.

Cost/funding for participants
OUR OFFER
- 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm.
- Minimum internship period: 6 months.
- Based in Barcelona with the possibility to work remotely.
- Paid internship: 480 euros per month (net).
