Details
We are looking for a new team member who will not only get the chance to get to know more about our dynamic industry but also participate in the HR Development global initiatives and missions in our Head Quarters (HQ) in Nanterre. You will be supported in your development and growth by our Talent Development Team.
Your main missions will be to support the international operating Management Development Team by coordinating the development, training and competencies management of Managers and Professionals within the Business Group and in line with the Group Human Resources policies and practices.
Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Coordination of BG HR Projects
- Implementation, Coordination and Communication of Projects within the BG FAS.
- Support within Projects and align with the different Divisions.
- Support the Talent & Organizational Development Process at BG Level.
- Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of the People Reviews and other talent committees.
Optimization of reporting systems and consolidation between BG and Divisions
- Support the execution of Forvia Group Processes within the BG.
- Interface with the Divisions and align.

- A previous internship or apprenticeship experience in HR is a plus
