Details
Investment Solution is the function that represents Asset & Wealth Management towards Group entities, supporting the development of new products and solutions in coordination with other relevant Group functions.
The mission is to support the development of Investment solutions among Group insurance companies, leveraging on internal asset management product offering and ensuring proper coordination of the stakeholders involved in the unit-linked and traditional saving business.
The candidate will be involved in the following activities:
- Assist the team in the design and set up of new investment solutions for Group Insurance Companies at global level, so that they meet clients’ needs and are profitable for the Group
- Support the team in engineering strategies and model portfolios to be part of the new Unit Linked products offer, cooperating with different internal and external stakeholders
- Identify new investment ideas and solutions thanks to market intelligence on the Asset Management and Life-insurance industries
- Work on the operational set up UCITS and alternative sub-funds in cooperation with the relevant Management Companies within Generali Asset & Wealth Management
- Provide ongoing reporting on the Unit Linked products to internal stakeholders

Description of Ideal Candidate
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration
- Strong presentation and reporting skills (proficiency in PowerPoint and good command of Excel)
- Fluent in English, and possibly another European language, written and spoken (experience in an international work environment preferred)
- Deep interest in financial markets, with basic understanding of the main liquid and illiquid asset classes and their characteristics
- Familiarity with the main financial data providers (Morningstar, Bloomberg) would be a plus
