Overview
Details
This international training course is designed for youth workers, educators, and professionals in non-formal education who seek personal growth, resilience, and deeper self-awareness.
Over seven days, participants will embark on a transformative journey through nature-based learning, outdoor experiences, and mindfulness practices. The training follows a unique "learning by doing" approach, where participants step away from their daily routines, challenge their physical and mental resilience, and explore their inner and outer landscapes.
What to Expect?
- Immersive Nature Experience – Sleeping under the open sky, carrying essentials in a backpack, and walking daily (~15 km).
- Personal and Professional Growth – Through reflection, group work, and mindfulness, participants develop a stronger inner compass.
- Non-Formal Education Approach – Experiential learning, storytelling, guided meditation, and outdoor challenges enhance self-awareness and community spirit.
- Community & Connection – Sharing this journey with other like-minded professionals fosters a sense of support, collaboration, and shared learning.
- Simplicity & Resilience – Living with minimal resources encourages adaptability, courage, and connection to the environment.
This training is a rare opportunity to step back, reset, and gain new perspectives on your role as an educator while experiencing deep personal transformation.
