POSITION
As part of the International Department, within the International Training Department, in a context of business growth and transformation at GUERLAIN, you will be involved in:
- Developing the expertise of training/retail teams,
- Federating a vast multi-cultural international community,
- Transmitting the values of our company and knowledge between generations,
- Managing business performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As such, your missions are as follows:
To develop expertise:
- Create "product" content: for each launch, develop an educational package conveying the storytelling & key selling points (ppt module, digital module, video learning).
- Create "business" content: develop expertise modules to enhance the quality of sales ceremonies (ppt and digital module + collaboration with external partners or experts within the Guerlain House).
- Create "product" and "business" content specific to mobile learning/Be Guerlain app, in an adapted & impactful way to complete the experience.
In summary, the Global Education Assistant must be able to transform marketing content into educational support for the project's objectives, consistent with the image & positioning of the House, then adapted to the Retail & Education community (synthetic discourse, precise guidelines).
Federate the community:
- Participate in the organization of seminars & webinars bringing together all international Education teams.
In short, the Global Education Assistant must help his or her managers to prepare and organize these events (participation in PowerPoint presentations, room set-up).
In addition:
- Writing "Education Mag" newsletters for the Retail community.
- Monitoring an annual budget with her managers.
- Follow-up with her managers on a retroplanning of deliverables.
- A retail/field curiosity, with tours of points of sale (Guerlain & competitors)
- Coordination of creations with agencies

PROFILE
- End-of-study internship, Master 2 business school or university equivalent.
- Dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, team player.
- Fluent English
- Practice of tools such as Pack Office and Teach on Mars would be a plus.
