We’re looking for an Owner Success & Customer Support Intern to join our Porto and Lisbon teams. If you’re eager to kickstart your career in customer support and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll develop valuable skills in owner success and customer support while contributing meaningfully to the team’s success.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Organize and gather information from property owners to improve communication.
  • Validate and organize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Filter and route tickets and issues to the correct channels.
  • Assist the team with daily tasks and initiatives aimed at enhancing owner satisfaction.
