The internship
As a valued member of the Global Sales team, you will be working with the Global and Regional to help OpCos improve their Route to Consumer (RTC) as well as improve their Customer Experience. One of the ways we do this is by managing global communities of practice which contain OpCos from all our 4 regions with hundreds of active members. We host regular webinars for these communities for two key initiatives: Winning with Distributors and Customer Centricity.
We have an ambitious program with challenging targets, and you will be embedded with the team to directly contribute to successful delivery. Your tasks could include:
- Providing project management support to the Global RTC / CX Manager
- Helping to organise webinars, ensuring the content is ready and all webinars are prepared
- Helping to create and execute a communication plan and keeping our stakeholders informed through various channels (Workplace, Teams, etc.)
- Maintaining an active Customer Centricity and Winning with Distributors community with healthy online engagement
- Helping with the creation and maintenance of training materials and masterclasses for all levels of the organisation
- Supporting the development of new materials for our Heineken Way of Sales Framework
During your internship you will get the opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as a company, also outside your department. We give you the trust and freedom, so you can work like a real entrepreneur. We like to bring the outside world inside and therefore we embrace new, fresh ideas with enthusiasm. Of course always with the guidance that is right for you.
The department
Global Sales is an international department within HEINEKEN’s Head Office in Amsterdam. We’re a diverse team of individuals gathered from around the world, all focused on supporting our local OpCos in Route to Consumer and Sales Execution. This role reports to the Global RTC and CX Manager within the RTC Team.
