The department
Join our team at HEINEKEN's Global Talent & Leadership department, located at our headquarters in Amsterdam. As part of the Global Talent Management Team, you will play a relevant role in supporting our global initiatives aimed at Unlocking the Full Potential of Our People and Organisation.
The internship
By joining this team, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Contribute to our Global Talent Management agenda by:
- Collaborating on the development of skill-building materials and resources
- Assisting with facilitation of skill-building sessions for the HEINEKEN HR community worldwide
- Assisting in internal communication campaigns
- Support our Assessment-Development portfolio (e.g., 360 assessments, Insights Discovery, Development Centers, etc.) by contributing to:
- Global deployment of our 360 feedback tools, e.g. support and guidance to our markets across the globe, creating/managing support materials, creating and delivering training/instructions
- Global deployment of the Insights Discovery tool for individual and team development
- Improving the User Experience of our tools, by reviewing and improving user support materials, e.g. redesign of SharePoints)
- Assessment data collection, analysis, generating insights (e.g with PowerBI tools) and sharing with our people function stakeholders across the globe
You will also be involved in other related activities, depending on the needs and your interests.

- Currently in HBO or WO education
- Fluent English language required
- Eager to learn and high learning agility
- Pro-active, pragmatic with a hands-on mentality and attention to detail and quality
- Team worker with the ability to lead your own projects and juggle priorities
- Excellent communication skills, well-versed at wrapping up complex ideas and projects in a concise way and ability to connect with diverse people and cultures
- Experienced user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. It is a plus if you are familiar with working data analytics tools such as PowerBI)

Cost/funding for participants
The terms of employment
- Your starting date is early to mid-February 2025
- The internship is 4-5 days a week
- The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
- It is a practice-oriented internship
- You will be based in the Amsterdam head office
- Hybrid working / Amsterdam
- Per month you will receive an internship allowance of €650 and build 2 vacation days (based on fulltime / 40 hrs)
- If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed
