WHAT'S THE ROLE?
We are on the lookout for the next generation of leaders in Operations (After Market Service, Global Manufacturing) and you can be part of it. WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
Hilti Outperformer Operations Track is a two-year graduate program where our Global Trainees are involved in a range of international rotations, with high exposure to senior management. The program is split into three stages:
- Immediately dive into the heart of Operations with a 12-month role in either a Plant or Tool Service Center as a Team Lead where you'll mastermind shopfloor coordination, OR lead a production technology project to new heights.
- Unleash your Operational Excellence passion in a 6-month rotation on a Digitalization, Lean, Quality or Logistics project in a Plant or Tool Service Center.
- Embark on a global adventure with a 6-month international strategic project in one of our dynamic global locations; this rotation offers you intercultural exposure and the ability to contribute to transformative initiatives on a global scale.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- You demonstrate a passion for Operations.
- You’ve recently graduated, or you’re in your final semester, with a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Chemical, Physics, or similar.
- You have just finished your internship or recently started your career and want an opportunity where you can perform well and progress.
- You’re multilingual – fluent in English plus another language or two – and you’ve gained international experience during your work or studies abroad.
- You’re internationally mobile.
- You’re a flexible team player, curious and dedicated, with good communication and social skills, and you can inspire others.
- A global thinker, eager to learn, who is keen for diverse cultural experiences and the opportunity to work abroad.

- Leadership development program – a comprehensive learning journey with IMD business school in Lausanne, Switzerland, with a qualification from IMD.
- Business management training – individual training at Hilti. A focus on behavioral profiles, personal strengths, leadership styles and communication skills.
- Global summit – 4-5 days at our global headquarters in Liechtenstein. A look at the way global business units function, plus the opportunity to further develop soft skills like situational leadership and international teamwork.
- Social project – 7-8 days ‘building a better future’. A hands-on and hugely impactful community project, such as our most recent: building houses for displaced refugees in Bosnia.
