We are seeking ambitious students to join our Internship Programme and win alongside our brilliant team. We are looking for somebody equipped to face challenges and importantly learn, develop, and grow within the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Connecting Go to Market (sales, support & marketing) teams from all regions worldwide with R&D in our Global Business Unit (GBU) to work towards common goals and raise awareness on HP Large Format sustainability. Leveraging the expertise to explain a complex subject in an effective way to train sales and support organizations.

  • Analyze market data, collect results, and create relevant insights for sales growth.

  • Support the Partner Sales team supporting with online marketing and sales tools as well as effective communications to partner channels.

  • Analyze trends in customer behaviour to enhance sales efficiency.

  • Work alongside our marketing team to bring new initiatives and programs to life, supporting their launch with all the relevant teams.

  • Assist in consolidating all the sales activities, from sales training days to local incentives.

  • Attend and support at local trade and partner shows where required.

Throughout your internship, your manager will take specific interest in your development and set aside time to set clear, defined goals and provide feedback throughout the course of the program. You will also have access to HP’s comprehensive training platform, with over 10,000 tools to enhance your business acumen and professional skills.

Beyond that, you will train and have fun alongside your intern peers, while also learning from and networking with senior managers that can help elevate your career.

Requirements:

  • This is a placement year opportunity which will take place for 13 months, from 1st July 2024 until July 31st, 2025.

  • Ability to live and work in Ireland as a hybrid worker, with regular travel to the Dublin headquarters.  Occasional travel may include to UK and Europe.

  • Preferred degrees include Business Management, Economics and Marketing related courses, these are not essential, however.
