Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Global Human Resources team at our headquarters in Hanover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 6 months commencing 15th of August as an Internship Human Resources Transformation Project.

You can look forward to

  • Supporting the project and sub-project management in an international HR transformation project, the global introduction of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Supporting the project management in planning, coordinating and tracking the individual workstreams
  • Collaboration on conceptual and operational tasks in the project
  • Preparation of meetings/committees for and together with the project management
  • Visualisation of decision bases for the management
  • Supporting administrative activities in the area of Global Human Resources

Description of Ideal Candidate

You come equipped with

  • Advanced Master's degree, preferably in the field of business administration, business informatics or psychology
  • Initial experiences in project management through internships or working student activities are an asset 
  • Confident in using MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient user skills in English and German
