Details

To support our Global Market Innovation team we are looking for you for an Internship Innovation Management (f/m/d) for a duration of 6 months. We are an agile team, based in the “Technology” organization. We shape transition towards sustainable energy systems through agile networks with internal and external stakeholders to support Hitachi Energy’s leading position and to advise with mid- and long-term perspective. We facilitate collaboration across business units and countries on innovation in energy transformation. Further, we represent the company in international and national associations. In this role you will work closely together with our Vice President Active Distribution Grids in an intercultural team.

How you'll make an impact

  • You would support the organization of our monthly global Market Innovation community meetings
  • In our design-led innovation projects, you would prepare and participate in design-led workshops and other activities together with the team
  • You would support the chair of the Power Engineering Society (ETG) in VDE in management topics

Your background 

  • Studies (Master or Bachelor) in Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering or energy related studies 
  • Basic understanding of energy related topics 
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Ability to work in an international team
