The position
- Identify, plan & scale new revenue opportunities for the Hive team, to grow our total addressable market.
- Build and align the operational value offering for Hive’s customers by working closely with leadership, across multiple stakeholders, with customers and Hive teams.
- Support the screening for, negotiations, and operations of new fulfillment center locations in Germany and across Europe/ UK.
- Take over responsibility for the operational launch of an MVP of a new revenue line in one of our fulfillment locations.
- Plan and execute ad hoc cross-workstream projects in alignment with C-level

- Willingness to drive the growth of a fast-paced VC-backed scale-up on the mission to democratize D2C e-commerce fulfillment.
- Empathetic communication skills across internal and external stakeholders, as well as strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
- First experience with data analysis and decision-making preparation from a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, VC, or high-growth venture is a plus.
- Relentless drive coupled with a hands-on entrepreneurial mentality. Your proactivity and curiosity are what set you apart.
- A high degree of adaptability with the availability to travel and/or relocate to one of our European/ UK locations for up to 6 months.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French/ German/ Spanish is considered a plus. Driver’s license class B is strongly preferred.
