Main Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming emails and calls from HomeExchange members.

Assist members in finding their ideal exchange, ensuring they have the best vacation experience possible.

Support members in case of difficulties, such as cancellations or damages during an exchange, in coordination with HomeExchange support teams.

Contribute to improving member services by participating in projects that drive innovation at HomeExchange.

Fluency in English is essential, along with a good knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, or Dutch.

Ability to prioritize and multitask to handle a high workload due to seasonality.

Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
