Overview

For its Commercial Support team, Retail Banking is looking for a trainee/intern for a minimum of 6 months as soon as possible.

Details

Your mission:

  • Handle customer queries on their day-to-day operations (accounts, cards, etc.) or on the bank's products (savings, personal loans/housing, etc.). 
  • Contribute to the administrative follow-up of customer files 
  • Detect customer needs and redirect them to our sales teams 
  • Support the team in day-to-day tasks 
  • Comply with current legislation and regulations 
  • Contribute to the improvement of the bank's processes.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Your profile:

Education and experience 

  • Education (minimum BAC+3) preferably with a commercial, economic, financial, administrative or management orientation.
  • Minimum 6-month contractual internship

Skills

  • Excellent communication, writing and spelling skills 
  • Rigor, autonomy, flexibility and proactivity 
  • Ability to analyze, organize and summarize 
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, Power point...) 
  • Team spirit, empathy and good customer relations skills

 Languages

  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English 
  • Knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is considered an asset.
