Overview

ING Luxembourg is looking for a Project Management trainee from January 2025 for 6 months or more. The candidate will join the OCDR Sourcing department.

Details

OCDR Sourcing is the unit in charge of implementing the bank's outsourcing projects in direct line with Group strategy. It is at the heart of the bank, with a 360° view of the various initiatives, and works closely with all the Tribes/Business Teams, as well as with the Group and other Group entities. 

This department is also the main player in defining the outsourcing framework, notably by organizing training and monitoring compliance.  

Your mission is to:  

As an intern, your role will be to participate in the delivery of outsourcing-related projects. 

During your various “project mode” assignments, you will support the “Sourcing Project Managers” in their day-to-day duties, i.e. :  

  • Project definition and support 
  • Stakeholder coordination (internal and external to ING) 
  • Facilitating workshops with numerous stakeholders 
  • Design of deliverables (risk assessment, project committee presentation, go/no go, etc.) 
  • Follow-up of outsourced services control actions  

You may also contribute to other team activities: 

  • Support on specific subjects according to the Bank's strategy: BCM, DORA, new regulations.
  • Participation in discussions on continuous process improvement

Your profile: 

Professional skills:

  • Education: Master's degree from a business school or university with an economic orientation. 
  • Appetence for project management 
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Experience in financial services not necessary but a plus 

Languages:  

  • French and English (professional level) 

Personal skills: 

  • Rigor, autonomy, adaptability, pragmatism 
  • Be a real force of proposal: come up with innovative and adapted ideas 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Structured and able to work proactively and independently 
  • Team spirit essential
