Intelcia Talent Academy is a 36 month selective program as a permanent contract designed for young graduates from Major Business and Engineering Schools. The program is focused on the knowledge of the company’s business lines, the development of managerial skills, career development and geographical mobility.

To support our growth, Intelcia has designed a tailor-made Graduate Program, for fresh graduates of the best business and engineering schools in the world, enabling them to work alongside top management on strategic topics to assist in the company's development.

Intelcia offers these young graduates the opportunity to pursue a fast track in order for them to become the managers of tomorrow, who will participate in the construction and development of new solutions and lines of service.

Intelcia Talent Academy is a 24-month graduate program with a permanent contract, designed for high-potential young graduates from the best schools around the world. The program focuses primarily on understanding the company's business lines, the development of managerial skills and having geographical mobility.

Our goal: to encourage you to be an active actor in your own professional development.

  • International experience: A personalized career path that allows you to alternate between strategic missions in different fields of expertise and operational projects. The program is essentially based on 4 missions of 6 months each, in 5 paths of excellence (HR & training, Marketing & sales, Finance, IT, CRM), with the possibility of carrying out at least 1 mission internationally starting your 2nd year.
  • Mentoring and personalized support: Throughout your various missions, a member of the Group's management team will provide you with advice and guidance at every step of your career. You will also be mentored by the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Learning & Coaching: A training program is provided by industry experts to enable you to develop your business expertise as well as your managerial and leadership skills. At the end of this program, you will have the necessary skills needed to uphold a position of responsability.
  • Networking: An opportunity to quickly create a solid professional network that will accompany you throughout the different stages of your career.
