What you’ll do

We’ll help you grow professionally, find (or further) your passion, and make memorable connections that last beyond the program!

The Customer Intelligence advisory team is a regional customer-oriented team. Our goal is to understand how organizations approach their clients to build loyalty and expand their services maintaining customer satisfaction and reducing customer churn. We then advise them on how to overcome their current challenges to provide a seamless orchestrated customer experience.

As an intern, you might: 

  • Collaborate with a regional team focused on customer across Sout West Europe
  • Assess customer marketing environments
  • Develop vision messages as well as value maps to present to customers
  • Build demonstrations with SAS technology to showcase white space filling
  • Follow up on sales opportunities as well as participate in daily business operations

Required Qualifications 

  • Students with technical skills
  • Design thinking skills / certifications highly appreciated
  • Experience in Office 365 suite and solutions (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Proactive and collaborative attitude
  • Design thinking mindset
  • Presentation skills (to build and execute presentations)
  • SAS Customer Intelligence 360 knowledge is appreciated
