Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of financial reporting? As an intern (f/m/d) in our Financial Accounting & Regulatory Reporting section, you will be at the forefront of innovation. Here’s what awaits you:
Collaborate with Experts: Work side by side with our seasoned professionals. You will assist in the management of external resources for critical regulatory and operational projects. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of maintaining compliance while driving efficiency.
Explore Cloud Solutions: Get hands-on experience with cutting-edge cloud solutions. We are all about streamlining reporting processes and enhancing data quality. You will be part of the team exploring innovative ways to achieve this.
Unlock Reporting Applications: Dive into the latest reporting applications hitting the market. Gain practical skills that will set you apart in the financial industry.
Your responsibilities:
- You will assist project managers and the Head of Units in managing external resources and lead the entire process for external resources
- You will prepare important management presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
- You will participate in contract management and providing support
- You will create necessary documents related to contracts
- You will learn how to use SAP Fieldglass
- You will handle invoice management for external resources
- You will gain interesting insights into the regulatory reporting framework of Deutsche Börse Group
- In addition, you will contribute to the enhancement of using Jira for managing contracts and project activities
- Furthermore, you will contribute to the enhancement of internal documentation of processes

Your profile:
- You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student. Your study focus is in the field of economics, statistics, business administration, computer science, mathematics, or comparable fields. Furthermore, we offer the possibility of an orientation internship, whereby you are currently in a gap-year after your bachelor's or master's degree in the above-mentioned fields of study - in this case, an enrolment is not required
- You have a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are good team player with strong communication skills
- You have advanced knowledge in MS Office (Jira is an added advantage) and first experience with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, HubSpot or any comparable solution
- You are fluent in written and spoken English, German and/or French
