Your area of work:
Corporate IT of Deutsche Börse Group oversees end user workplace experience, voice & communication, application development and operations for all group processes such as Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes. We also develop and operate our Enterprise Analytics and Digital Boardroom which are the core of sharing and measuring our group’s success.

The mission of the Security IT section is to provide secure IT environments to enable DBAG/Clearstream to support its business processes in the most efficient manner. This involves protecting data and IT systems. In particular, the section aims to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data, the availability of all essential components of the underlying IT architecture and the correct functioning of the associated IT processes.
Your responsibilities:

Support the internal Material Change Process (MCP)

Coordinate internal stakeholders to receive all required documentation for MCP

Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones

Schedule stakeholder meetings to ensure the MCP progress

Assist and help SDM monitor progress and provide updates to project stakeholders
-
Ensure that projects remain within scope and schedule
-
Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues
-
Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices

Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement

Your profile:

You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree programme with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months.

Experience in coordinating and tracking project activities
- Experience in a corporate setting, working with different stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Fluency in English language
- Team player and effective communicator
- Dedicated, self-motivated achiever who is committed to success
