Your area of work
We are looking for a highly motivated intern to come on board and help us advancing the People Analytics function of Deutsche Börse. Fully integrated into our People Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in driving optimization of processes and solutions aimed at providing impactful analyses/reports to support daily business and strategic people decisions.In this position, based at our headquarters in Eschborn close to Frankfurt, you will be focusing on advancing People Analytics by supporting our automation initiatives and regular reporting activities.
Your responsibilities:
- You will gain insights into various People Analytics activities and transformation projects as part of the overall People Strategy
- You will support the team by executing ad hoc reporting requests by using our ticketing system
- You will act as an ambassador for data quality and help to optimize data quality and associated processes
- You will support some of our HR transformation projects, which deal with the implementation of new self-service dashboards and reporting solutions in SAP SuccessFactors reporting and SAP Analytics Cloud

Your profile:
- You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognised university as a regular student and have completed at least 2 semesters
- Ideally you would already have gathered first experience in previous internship(s)
- You demonstrate analytical thinking, are able to learn new topics quickly and work independently
- You think “Out-of-the-Box” and proactively challenge the status quo
- You have a strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and are willing to gain more practical knowledge on data modelling and HR systems
- First experiences or strong interest in ETL processes, data engineering and programming languages are a plus
- Proficiency in written and spoken English – German knowledge of advantage
