Your area of work
As a People Development Intern (f/m/d), you will be part of our Talent Attraction & Development team and will have the chance to gain insights and hands-on experience in global talent management practices in an innovative market infrastructure provider and international exchange organisation. You’ll have the opportunity to support and bring value to our talent development initiatives and graduate trainee programs and will play a crucial part in ensuring a good welcome experience for all Deutsche Börse Group new joiners. You’ll collaborate with various teams to enhance development opportunities, streamline processes, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of our Internal Talent Development and Trainee Programs, including learning sessions, workshops, and events and support in creating training material and resources
- Maintain program documentation, including participant lists, schedules and feedback
- Address questions and concerns from talents & trainees and provide them guidance throughout their program
- Support the coordination and moderation of our global New Joiner Welcome Sessions
- Support in the continuous development of the sessions and programs by gathering feedback, researching best practices and providing recommendations
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and other relevant stakeholders ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration
- Contribute to process improvements related to talent management and support in ad hoc tasks and projects

Your profile:
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program (preferably in Business, Human Resources, or related fields). We also offer the possibility of an orientation internship, whereby you are currently in a gap-year after your bachelor's or master's degree in the above-mentioned fields of study - in this case, a certificate of enrolment is not required
- You have an interest in talent development and HR processes
- You are proactive, organized and detail oriented
- You are able to work both independently and as part of a team
- You have good working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Additionally, you have strong communication skills in English, German is a plus
