We are looking for someone like that to help us:

  • Support in performing systematically analysis of products to ensure that they are recorded correctly in the bank's accounts and reported accurately (HGB and IFRS)
  • Support daily and monthly plausibility checks, reconciliations and analysis on the profit and loss and the balance sheet
  • Support investigate, analyze and improve process set-ups
  • Be engaged to develop and review policies, guidelines and reporting frameworks
  • Support of ongoing and ad-hoc requests on strategic initiatives and projects

Our 6 month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

You’ll be working in the UBS Europe SE Financial Reporting team in Frankfurt. We are a Finance function covering Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Treasury and Asset Management business for UBS Europe SE.

You will gain insights into the day-to-day business, helping to prepare regulatory reports. Your Internship will include various training modules and networking possibilities.

Your expertise

You have obtained your Bachelor’s degree within the last 6 months or are working towards the end of your studies and already have .some experience in the area of finance.

In particular, you have:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with hands on experience in big data analysis and presentation of analysis outcome
  • Conceptual and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, and to assume responsibility, hands-on mentality
  • Pro-active and focused team player in a dynamic environment
  • Very good communication skills, verbal and written in English, German
  • Advanced Microsoft Office applications skills – MS Excel & MS PowerPoint are a must
