About the internship
The Education and Training team of ICC Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) is looking for a motivated intern to gain hands-on experience in events and trainings logistics, administrative support, promotional activities, research and post-events analysis. The internship will be based in Paris for a period of six months.
The role
Your learning opportunities and tasks include:
- Logistical support. For the organisation of our ICC events and trainings;
- Administrative tasks. These include the preparation of documents, such as evaluation forms, PowerPoint presentations, speaker biographies, charts, and nameplates and the preparation of webpage content;
- Event promotion. Including correspondence with contacts and partners, preparing email sends and drafting promotional material;
- Research. For potential event supporters and applicants for the training;
- Post-event support. Including the recording of event statistics and the preparation of the executive report;
- Membership updates. Compiling statistics on the of the ICC Institute of World Business Law and its Council;
- Support for meetings. Drafting minutes and assisting in preparing background documents and briefing material for meetings.
You may also be required to conduct other tasks required to ensure the smooth functioning of the team, with possible opportunities to attend trainings and conferences taking place in Paris during your internship.

Do not hesitate to apply if you:
- Preferably are a student in marketing, management, business, international relations, dispute resolution or other similar disciplines;
- Have strong academic credentials and prior acquired experience from previous internships or work experiences;
- Are fluent in English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of French and/or another language would be an advantage;
- Are meticulous in carrying out required duties with a strong attention to details;
- Have computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams Meeting, Zoom, PDF). Knowledge of registration platforms would be a plus.

Important information before applying
- You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship.
- Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.
- Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
- Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.
- Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris our six-month internship programme is full-time with an average working week of 35 hours.
- Our interns receive a monthly gratification of about €750 gross + meal vouchers + partial compensation (70%) of public transport costs.
