Overview

The Halle Institute for Economic Research (German: Leibniz-Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung Halle, abbreviated IWH) is a non-profit organization and one of the leading economic research institutes in Germany. The IWH was founded on January 1, 1992 and is a member of the Leibniz Association. The IWH offers opportunities to complete internships at any times. Dates are arranged individually.

Details

Interns are affiliated with one of our research departments and work within a research group, where they will be coached by an IWH employee.

Internships offer insights into the research performed at the institute. Interns perform theoretical and empirical work on a concrete subject and make small independent contributions. They will document the results of their work in a final report.
