JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Emerging Talent Intern in Marketing Support at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support and collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities, efficiencies, campaign strategy, and the framework for measurement and reporting. You should be able to operate in a highly matrixed organization and collaborate across functions to develop and deliver innovative campaigns, material documents and solutions.
This role offers a comprehensive introduction to a range of marketing projects and tasks, providing a platform for growth and development. You will be expected to be available to work full time, starting from January 2025 and for a period of 6 months.
Job responsibilities:
- Shapes and builds marketing campaigns for JPMAM France in coordination with the Country Head and Marketing Head for the region.
- Executes local marketing materials and thought leadership documents, including writing corporate and product content, brochures, fund factsheets, insight pieces, and handling EN-FR translation and proofreading.
- Develops and conducts virtual and in-person local events, ensuring a unique client experience, and continuously enhances JPMAM’s event standards, including coordination of sponsored conferences and fairs.
- Ensures a digital customer journey through social media and online marketing activities, including emails and the JPMAM website.
- Manages relationships with media and journalists, coordinates with the PR agency, and oversees the media CRM.
- Plans, coordinates, and implements traditional and digital advertising campaigns to promote expertise.
- Develops and implements marketing campaigns in coordination with French retail and wholesale clients.
- Coordinates local sustainable investing initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensures compliance with internal policies, and marketing materials requirements.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- At least 6 month of experience in the financial industry.
- Good knowledge of the financial markets, and interest for the asset management and mutual funds industry.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English is mandatory.
- Excellent team player.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization.
- Strong ‘can-do-attitude’ with an eye for detail, as well as a client-focus mindset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
