OUR TEAM
Our Never Out Of Stock (NOOS) department is a business within the business. We focus on meeting our customers’ needs every season by always having the right stock, at the right place, at the right place to serve our end consumers. We do this by continuously planning, buying and allocating our strongest styles from our manufacturers and suppliers to our central warehouse, and by being in dialogue with our customers across our 42 sales markets and replenishing their stores with day-2-day delivery. We take the risk factor out of the fashion business by offering more than 1.000 styles to our customers that they can buy with day-2-day delivery because we hold the stock on behalf of them.
Our department consists of 25 multinational people working in three teams, that is characterized by freedom with responsibility, a fun and vibrant atmosphere, as well as continuous improvement principles where we always try to develop our processes and outlook of the world. Every week more than 1.000.000 pieces of clothing passes through our ”hands” and services our customers across the world.
WORKING AS AN INTERN AT THE NOOS DEPARTMENT
Based on your profile, interests, and competences you will be allocated to one of our three teams working with either upstream planning of our goods flow, our replenishment and planning process to our JACK & JONES retail stores, or replenishment and planning process with our biggest wholesale customers.
The job is to assist our planners in their daily tasks and learning by how they handle their job. You will be aligning and communicating with internal colleagues and external stakeholders, and have a close collaboration with buying teams, sales teams, and retail teams across the world.

- Currently enrolled in the Commercial & Retail Management Master’s programme at Aarhus University
- Great analytical skills
- A strong sense of structure and detail orientated
