Tasks

  • Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in defining project scope, creating detailed plans, and assigning tasks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain user stories, specifications, and test plans to guide development.
  • Data & Analytics: Analyze data using Google BigQuery and track product performance using tools like Amplitude or equivalent.
  • User Research: Conduct user interviews to gather feedback and document insights for project improvements.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related technical field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in project management or technical roles, preferably with software development or IT projects.
  • Programming: Basic knowledge of languages like Python or JavaScript.
  • Technical Documentation: Ability to create and maintain specifications, user stories, and test plans.
  • Data Analysis: Familiarity with Google BigQuery for data analysis and querying.
  • Analytics Tools: Acquaitance with Amplitude or equivalent software (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics) for product and user behavior analysis.
  • User Research: Ability to conduct user interviews to gather feedback, understand user needs, and document findings to inform project decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent skills in conveying technical and non-technical information.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working with development teams and cross-functional teams.
