WHAT YOUR JOB WILL BE ABOUT

The Graduate Programme lasts 9-12 months, during which you will gain in-depth insights into the operations of a modern, globally successful retail business. You will be personally and professionally challenged, working across key areas such as sales, marketing, and retail expansion.

After completing the programme, you will be assigned to a JYSK country, where you will co-manage sales and marketing activities. Your main responsibilities will include selecting articles for marketing campaigns, pricing, assortment management, and competitor analysis. You will also have the opportunity to travel to other JYSK countries for meetings and market research, with approximately 15-20 travel days per year.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

To succeed in this role, you should be structured, analytical, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Have a relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Is highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Has a structured and analytical approach to tasks.
  • Has a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
  • Has strong Excel skills.
  • Ideally, has a commercial mindset with an understanding of how retail businesses operate and generate profit.
