What you will do:

Customer relationship

Engage proactively with customers in Omnichannel Campaigns - cold calling to specific segmentation
Non-Core Specialties teleselling support
Tier C and D full portfolio teleselling support
Handle standard customer product questions and objections consistent with sales training
Collaborate with SMs, Marketing and Customer Engagement teams to search for new targets through systematic assessment of market trends, unmet customer needs and competitive activity

Lead generation and qualification

Lead management from Omnichannel Campaigns - Lead follow up form OneForce to the first and upcoming remote interactions
Lead qualification based on customer insights detected in the remote 1:1 interactions - Lead scoring with the Customer Engagement Manager
Handover to the Sales Rep for a demo in the case of hot Leads
Follow up of Medium Leads – target them with the Customer Engagement Manager
