Kayrros is a startup providing predictive analytics on energy markets using machine learning techniques. The Oil & Gas industry is the second largest industry worldwide, but suffers from a lack of transparency and reliable data, notably on production, demand, transport of crude and refined products, available resources. Combining a strong expertise in data science, energy and finance, Kayrros uses data from very diverse sources such as economic and financial data, weather forecasts, traffic data and satellite images in order to provide predictive analytics to energy market players and investors. Kayrros is a fast-growing company founded in March 2016, successfully raised €9 million in Series A funding in January 2017 and it has just started rolling out its first products with major client organizations.
We have assembled an exceptional team of data scientists, oil & gas and financial analysts and software engineers in our main Paris office. We also have offices in San Francisco and New York dedicated to research and business development.

Who we are
FOUNDERS
- The five founders of Kayrros represent a powerful mix of experience in both academia and industry. Collectively, the founders hold three PhDs in computing & applied mathematics and world-class commercial experience; Antoine Halff is the former lead economist at the US EIA and Jean-Michel Lasry led the BNP Paribas quantitative team. Antoine Rostand, the President of Kayrros, is the founder and former global managing director of Schlumberger Business Consulting.
