About the Position

We have an outstanding learning opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz. The role sits within “The Kitchen EPDM” team, our in-House agency in KraftHeinz EDPM. This is a creative team, delivering campaigns and social creativity at the speed of culture that cuts through and drives fame across 5 European markets (Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands and Germany). As an intern, you would support the team in social and marketing related projects to help innovate our brand communication – making Heinz deliciously relevant in culture. The role reports to our Campaign and Performance Manager and works in close collaboration with social media managers, social content creator and brand managers and the full Kitchen team.

Tasks throughout the internship include: 

  • Leading the Social Reactive workstream within Continental Europe to support our Social media managers spotting cultural insights and developing social contents reacting to culture.
  • Running marketing projects, like launching a social listening routine or creating a digital marketing kpis’ framework to always improve the way we operate as in-house agency within KraftHeinz and ensuring we’re responding to business needs.
  • Leading the monthly In-House agency report to showcase the best of the best of our work and keep the marketing team across Europe engaged.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Job requirements 

  • Bachelor/Master, preferably in the field of Business Administration or Management, Marketing, Communication or Creative Business. We are mainly looking for the right mindset!
  • You should have good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Microsoft Office skills are a must as you will spend time in Excel.
  • You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% of the internship duration. 
  • You should have a good understanding of how social channels (Instagram and TikTok) work, preferably with some experience in managing social channels for brands.
  • You should have a good understanding of the dynamics of the marketing industry – with interest in digital marketing trends and popular culture.
  • Project management experience is a pre
  • You should have good analytical skills and attention to details.

NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands)
