We have an outstanding learning opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in Human Resources at Kraft Heinz! As Human Resources intern, you will be taking over the recruitment of the next cohort of interns, supporting in recruitment of full-time positions, support in university events, support with onboarding and engagement of employees.

The positions

Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique learning opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and attend personalized trainings. As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges, by supporting the following role:

  • People and Performance intern

Tasks throughout the various roles can include:

  • Sustaining our DE&I principles in your TA daily activities and reinforcing those principles in the conversations with the Hiring Managers. 
  • Supporting the roll-out of L&D plans and other initiatives in this area (i.e. Mentorship programs, Psychological Safety journey, etc.). 
  • Participating in the learning needs analysis and carrying on population analysis to target learning and development initiatives.  
  • Actively participating in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Job requirements:

  • Master, preferably in the field of Psychology, Business Administration or Management. We are mainly looking for the right mindset! 
  • You should have good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.   
  • Microsoft Office skills are a must.  
  • You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% of the internship duration. 

NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands).

  • Communication Skills: At Kraft Heinz you’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.

Cost/funding for participants

Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses.
