As our new intern, you will be part of our highly impactful Strategy office. We have a inspiring and busy working environment with an informal tone in a dynamic team. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions and markets, including finance, business development, Innovation, and commercial teams. You will work with experts and innovators and be part of shaping the future of medical dermatology.
Your role
As an intern in Strategy, you will take the reins of a strategic process and support your team on critical projects for LEO Pharma. From framing up a problem, structuring analysis, crafting solutions, to getting those solutions ratified, you'll have the chance to make a real impact. Your primary work tasks will be:
- Support with process logistics.
- Define meeting agenda.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis.
- Support the Corporate Strategy team on a variety of tasks.
This is a full-time internship that promises not just work, but a valuable learning experience and opportunity to drive real impact. - You are currently studying a master’s degree within Business and/or Science with Business interest.
- You are passionate about healthcare.
- You have an ability to team up effectively with a wide array of stakeholders.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and working to create structure around complex problems.
- You have a strong analytical skillset.
- You are detailed-oriented.
Additionally, you thrive in ambiguous situations and enjoy creating structure around complex problems. Experience in the life sciences space is highly appreciated. We value a candidate that has can structure narratives and create compelling PPT presentations. This is a full-time internship.
