We are looking for brilliant students with a strong passion for the Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6 month Internship in a dynamic and international context based in our Compliance & Risk Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.
The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:
- Study on New Business/Project in order to prevent legal and reputational matters and in alignment with VW Group regulations;
- Possibility of a thesis project with focus on research that can ensure the integrity of our worldwide Business Partners with which the company will be able to develop new projects;
- In particular the checks through internal tools or free sources will be focused on: licensees, active and passive marketing sponsorship, sales consultant and agents, e-sports agency, influencers, content creator, donations recipients, charitable sponsoring, drivers and motorsport Teams and start up organization structure

Description of Ideal Candidate
In order to meet these targets, you will need:
- Fluent English, Italian and German will be a plus
- Enrolled in a Master's degree in Law/Criminal Law (i.e. expert in anticorruption worldwide regulations)
- Analytical Skills
- Time sensitivity
- Good communication skills
- Proactivity in balancing objective legal or reputational risks with business needs
