During our Summer Internship, you’ll be paired up with one of our highly skilled teams across Agriculture, Food, Energy, Machinery, Real Estate, or Group Functions. You’ll work on real projects – previous interns have tackled everything from digital analysis, investment calculations in production, carbon footprint mapping to e-commerce strategy. This is your potential growth arena to the career you’ve been dreaming about!

As a Summer Intern you will have full–time and paid employment that is around five to eight weeks distributed over June to August 2025, as decided together with your manager. You will be working from one of our offices or sites, depending on the project.

About the company

Lantmännen is an agricultural cooperative and Northern Europe’s leader in agriculture, machinery, bioenergy and food products. Owned by 18,000 Swedish farmers, we have 12,000 employees, operations in over 20 countries and an annual turnover of SEK 70 billion. With grain at the heart of our operations, we refine arable land resources to make farming thrive. Some of our best-known food brands are AXA, Bonjour, Kungsörnen, GoGreen, Scan, FINN CRISP, Schulstad and Vaasan. Our company is founded on the knowledge and values acquired through generations of farmers. With research, development and operations throughout the value chain, together we take responsibility from field to fork. For more information: www.lantmannen.com.
