This position is for a 6-month internship available from mid-March.

Role

As a Client Experience Assistant, you will work closely with our Concierge team to assist in preparing exceptional stays for our clients. This internship will immerse you in the world of luxury and allow you to participate in the coordination of bespoke services while discovering how to manage a network of high-quality local partners.

Objectives

1. Support in Client Management and Assistance

  • Contribute to organizing stays by supporting the coordination of services and experiences for our clients.

  • Assist in drafting and following up on quotes with the team.

  • Help update client itineraries in our internal tools.

2. Development and Enrichment of the Partner Network

  • Research and identify new local partners to enhance our offerings.

  • Participate in updating and producing catalogs showcasing our services and experiences.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to suggest updates to destination guides (new restaurants, activities, points of interest).

3. Administrative Management and Tools

  • Assist in updating partner information and rates in internal tools.

  • Support the team in creating and updating communication materials (catalogs, presentations).

  • Participate in issuing quotes, invoices, and itineraries.

Profil

Education and Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, hospitality, tourism, or a program focused on project management or luxury industries 

  • A first experience in the tourism, hospitality, or premium services sector is a plus 

Skills and Qualities

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and demanding environment 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client interaction 

  • Proficiency English (written and spoken). A second language is a bonus 

  • Good command of computer tools (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
